Type I - Straight vanes, spreading evenly in both directions
Type III - Radial Thrust vanes; specify Clockwise or Counter clockwise spreading direction

Above are all furnished with "centering-hole" for hub attachment. Also can be supplied with hole pattern (i.e. 3/4",7/8",1") and bolt hole pattern; usually 4 to 6 holes surrounding bore. (There could be a modest additional charge for this service).

This solid polyurethane disc is cast in one piece, with specified bore size (3/4",7/8",1") and a pre-drilled pin hole (1/4" or 3/8") for simple shaft attachment!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our Factory also produces many custom-designed SPINNER-DISCS. Many are cast with a "steel pipe" extending on either top of disc or bottom of disc, or both. Some of these discs are "proprietary" and must be procured from the OEM or their authorized dealer or distributor. However, we welcome the opportunity to quote on new designs, as well as existing special discs that competition now supplies! Usually our advanced high-volumen production equipment enables us to be very competitive! Also, all our urethane products are completely manufactured in the U.S.A.

“UreSol” Polyurethane Spinner Disc Hubs
These relatively inexpensive “Hubs” are produced with a higher durometer urethane, and can successfully replace steel hubs. They are designed to fit firmly between vanes of our discs, and/or can be bolted to the underside . (See picture). There are three (3) Part #’s -- shown below; each with the same 3 bore sizes, which therefore fit respective Spinner Disc:

NOTES: Type I = pickup trucks, SUV's, and tractors moving at slower speeds. Ideal for home driveways, parking lots, and private roads. Light duty. Type II = Medium duty, for industrial equipment that clears snow in municipalities, on special surfaces, and where streets are rough or cobblestone, and on raised reflector roads, and where manholes challenge. Type III = Heavy Duty, designed for rugged duty - particularly airport runways, with imbedded lighting. Superior in it's resistance to cuts and abrasion, extended wear and resiliency!

Standard Edges have no punching or slotting unless requested.
A print or drawing of hole or slot size and center distance will assure accuracy. (Set-up and labor charge will apply.)

RUBBER SNOW EDGES

Length: Available in any length and the 1-1/2", can be supplied in plain 50 ft. rolls. Rubber edges can be furnished with standard punching (holes or slots) or plain.
Color: Black

NOTES: There are other applications where either Urethane, or Rubber, are successfully used. These include V-Plow Packages, “Skidsteer” edges, Edges for Sidewalk Plows, and Pushers, and a growing demand for large size Pusher Edges. Also, all edges with slots or holes can be “flipped” after maximum service on base of plow, therefore doubling the edges life!
